Orange Lips/Hot Trend!

Hi all! So, over the next few days I plan to show you how to recreate the catwalks hottest makeup looks for this season. First up, Orange lips! This trend can seem a bit scary to some but its all about using the right products to achieve a look that works for you. Whether it be full on dramatic or a subtler take on the trend. I decided to go middle of the road with this one. The colour pop is there but as the finish is glossy instead of a strong opaque colour its that bit more wearable and by keeping my skin luminous and glossy, paired with a subtle eye it all works magnificently together! What do you think?

Bargain Buy!!

I am a girl who loves a bargain!! I especially love when I end up getting a bargain on something I have been lusting after, isnt it great when that happens?

For a while now I have been debating over whether to buy these fabulous shoes from ASOS. They are called Secret Garden and are £35.

I just love the metallic silver and the little block heel and ankle strap give them a ladylike feel.

Anyways, I popped into BANK yesterday whilst out shopping and I found the exact same pair in the sale for...£10!! I was so happy and snapped them up!! I will wear them with turned up jeans for now and little dresses when the weather improves.

They are by Blonde + Blonde and gorgeous quality.

I also picked up these stunning roses from M&S, I just love the colour, an almost fluorescent orange, they are certainly brightening up my living room. I just love roses.

Have you picked up any fab bargains lately? Comment below!

Lots of Love

Hey all! I have been absent on here for a while.. You can still find me blogging over on my business website but I miss blogging just for me, you know? All my random ramblings, outfit posts and general interests on a more personal level.. of course Sarah G Cosmetics is my number one but I feel like I miss having an outlet to share things apart from my professional life.

So I have decided to continue blogging on here. Cant really tell you what expect, apart from of course some makeup posts, but apart from that, expect to see some outfit posts and a general day to day account of a mummy, business owner, wife and fashion lover!!

Marvelous Minerals!

Hey all!!

Finally the weather is starting to improve and the sun is beginning to shine. I dont know about you, but personally when the weather is warmer it feels wrong to wear heavy makeup??I feel like your skin should be allowed to breathe and the over all look should be natural and fairly low maintenance.

Which is why for SS13 I decided to expand on my mineral line.

Introducing my mineral products.

My Mineral Miracle Triage is made up of colour correcting mineral pigments to even out skin tone. Mica ensures a luminous glow whilst the soothing properties of Aloe Vera ensure skin looks at its best. The overall finish is even, luminous skin with fine lines blurred to leave a flawless complexion.

I have to admit I am truly OBSESSED with this product right now!! It is gorgeous. I have used this on alot of my clients and they also have fallen in love with the results also. My Baked Apricot Mineral Blush is a suit anyone shade. Because it is baked it can be used wet or dry depending on the required intensity. It is the most beautiful shade of  apricot/coral and is swirled with silver and gold for a luminous yet non glittery finish. It instantly gives that 'what makes her skin look so amazing' result.

Introducing Mineral Eyez Shimmer in Molten Lava.
This is such a unique shade. It is a copper/bronze with a shimmery blue undertone. Simply stunning! It can be worn sheer for a hint of shimmer or build it up with a wet brush for intense shimmer! Completely natural and fabulous.

My Mineral Diamond Gloss is a high shine clear gloss with super sparkly glitter particles. It looks amazing on and has a yummy vanilla scent. Wear alone for natural glamour or over lipstick for even more impact.

The best thing about this product is that 50% of sales go to the charity NAPAC. Helping adults overcome abuse as children. Something very close to my heart. Help to give people their sparkle back..

Natural Everyday Look

Hey All!!
Happy International Women's Day to all you lovely ladies!
It has not been alot of fun for me today as I am suffering from a cough and a cold, trying to get better for Mothers Day as I am looking forward to that!

However I did manage to film a tutorial...between my sniffles.. and I hoped to have it up today but in reality it will be tomorrow when I am hopefully feeling a bit better.

In the meantime here is a blog post on my everyday makeup look. I tend to focus mostly on my skin day to day. If your skin looks radiant and healthy you instantly look polished. Taking those extra couple of minutes in the morning to conceal and brighten your skin is definitely worthwhile and your confidence will shine through!
